Restaurant system guide

How do you choose a restaurant system for the dine-in order journey?

A restaurant needs more than a polished screen. It needs a clear journey from opening the menu to receiving a table-linked order and tracking the bill. Zadira focuses on that journey.

Zadira Dine

Menus, orders and tables in one context

Each table receives a secure QR link that opens an Arabic and English menu. The order is stored against the verified table and branch, while staff manage dishes, availability, tables, orders and demo payment states from the admin dashboard.

What does it help a restaurant do?

01

Reduce table-number mistakes

The server resolves an unguessable table token instead of trusting a number typed by the guest.

02

Update one menu source

Items, prices, options and availability flow through one API contract to every guest frontend.

03

Serve Arabic and English guests

The menu includes a clear RTL experience and a separate crawlable English version built for mobile ordering.

The order journey in four steps

  1. 1

    Scan the QR

The guest opens the table-specific link from a phone camera.

  2. 2

    Browse the menu

They review dishes, photos and options in Arabic or English.

  3. 3

    Send the order

The server verifies prices and availability, then links the order to the table.

  4. 4

    Review in admin

The restaurant sees the order, status and selected payment method.

A clear product scope

Zadira currently covers digital menus, table order requests, reservations and a payment-integration architecture. It is not a POS, accounting, inventory or kitchen display system. That boundary makes evaluation and customization more honest.

Included in the current scope

  • Digital menu management with categories and options
  • Tables with printable and rotatable QR links
  • Branch- and table-linked orders with an admin view
  • Hosted checkout and split bills after connecting an approved provider

Restaurant system questions

Is Zadira a restaurant POS?

No. The current product focuses on digital menus, table order requests, reservations and payment integration, without claiming cashier, accounting or inventory features.

Can it support multiple branches?

The data model and API support branches, and each QR link resolves both the branch and table.

Can the storefront match a restaurant brand?

Yes. The preview includes three visual directions and four frontend implementations that can be customized during a project.
